NOTE 13—SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 10, 2016, Merck KGaA and the Company agreed to terminate the global license and co development agreement, or License Agreement, pursuant to a termination agreement, or the Termination Agreement. Under the terms of the Termination Agreement, all rights under the License Agreement were returned to the Company, as well as all rights to Merck KGaA technology developed under the License Agreement. See Note 3, “Collaboration Arrangement” for a further discussion. |
