NOTE 4 — RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Takeda In connection with the Takeda Multi-Target Agreement described in Note 3 “Research and Development Collaboration Agreements,” Takeda became a related party, following the Takeda Stock Purchase Agreement described in Note 11 “Stockholders’ Equity,” of the Company’s previously filed Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022, filed with the SEC on March 30, 2023. In August 2021, Takeda ceased to be a related party after a sale of the above-mentioned shares. |
