NOTE 4 — RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Takeda Collaboration and Stock Purchase The Company has multiple agreements with Takeda. Takeda’s Vice President and Global Head of Oncology and Neuroscience Business Development, Jonathan Lanfear, is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Refer to Note 3, Research and Development Collaboration Agreements, for more details about the agreements between the Company and Takeda.
